1. Terms

By accessing or using the website at FeteFetch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Under this license, you may not:

  • Use the FeteFetch trademarks or brand name to launch a service pretending to be officially run by Google or the original authors.
  • Expose hosts or guests to malicious scripts or frame injections.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FeteFetch to upload, display, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

4. Disclaimer & Limitations

The materials on FeteFetch are provided on an 'as is' basis. FeteFetch makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall FeteFetch or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if FeteFetch has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

FeteFetch's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
